We finance 1st, 2nd and 3rd mortgages. We will also do Inter Alia.
WHAT KIND OF RATES DO WE OFFER?
Our 1st mortgage rates start at P+ 2.50% and 2nd mortgages start at P+4%
HOW DO BROKERS GET PAID?
The broker fee is collected from the mortgage proceeds by our lawyers and sent to the brokerages for the broker

Process
SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION
Submit here or contact us through email or phone for more information. There is no cost and we can get this process done in under 5 minutes!
APPROVAL
We usually able to approve your demand in 24 hours once we have all the information we need. Each case is different but we do not like to make you wait.
COMMISSION
Closing with a private lending broker can take up to a few days. Most lenders will take up to 2 weeks but we like things to move fast! Your commission will be directly deposited to your brokerage.

– Our experienced Private lending broker will review the case with you and can instantly advise you on the possible scenarios we can do.
– We will split the fees collected equally with you
– We will shop around with our network of lenders and MICs to ensure your client gets the best available option
– The client is solely Yours. We do NOT solicit the client for other business as it’s your relationship.
